Cooldown with Cecille's Palamig

Whenever there is a chance my wife would always ask me to drop her off near Cecille's to buy the all-time favorite heat buster, palamig.

Nothing else but just cold water, brown sugar and gulaman. However, with the correct ratio of these ingredients makes it the perfect heat buster.
